Title: Equipping Ministry Team – Team Member
Purpose: To grow faith by expanding leadership roles within St. Luke’s
Responsible to: Equipping Ministry Team, Director of Servant Ministry, Lead Minister of Community Life and Executive Team
Description of Duties: Identify potential leaders for teams at St. Luke’s. Match spiritual gifts and passions, and skills to the needs of St. Luke’s. Make individual contacts to invite people to be a part of a St. Luke’s Ministry Team. Support healthy transitions of leaderships at St. Luke’s. Serving as the Liaison to your specific teams.
Time Requirements: Team Kick-Off in January, April, Aug., Sept., Oct. and Nov. meetings. Inviting and follow up happen in the fall which will require a bit more time as you contact people to fill your teams. Term: 3 year
Training and Resources: Equipping Ministry Binder and the Spiritual gifts assessment. Training provided through the team and the Director of Servant Ministry.
Skills and gifts: Administration, Discernment, Encouragement, Helps, Hospitality, Faith, and Leadership
