Fellowship Events Team Leader

Title: Fellowship Events Team Leader          

Purpose:
To co ordinate and facilitate food service for events at St. Luke’s UMC

Responsible to: Director of Servant Ministry

Description of Duties:
Determine menus, purchase and cook food, serve meal, decorate for event
Responsible for Ministry Fair once/twice a month – for inviting new members to group. Flyers, bulletin, chronicle.
Attend quarterly Common Table gatherings.

Time Requirement:
6-8 hours per event

Term:
2 years or longer if you enjoy!

Training and Resources:
Varies by event

Skills and gifts:
Administration, Hospitality, Service
Team player, can be physically demanding, can involve cooking, preparation and clean-up
