Finance Report- John Merchant
Giving is above our projected amount. Operating at a $78,000 deficit, $25,000 is
approved by Finance, $25,000 is allocated for one time spending by Evangelism
Team, therefore $28,000 will need to be addressed at next EB meeting. SPRC has taken $45,000 out of their budget
because of timing of hiring.
SPRC- Kathy Balu
Janet’s visit went well. SPRC is in the process of
interviewing for the Youth Minister position.
A couple of candidates are standing out for the full time position. They
are looking at health benefits for the staff.
SPRC is planning a PotLuck lunch for May 16th, Janet’s
first Sunday. UMW is helping with this.
A suggestion was made to offer several different Open Houses in members’
homes, for people to visit and get to know Janet. It was also suggested that we thank Fred in a
formal manner.
Staff Report
Lynda reported our membership at 1311 members. We have taken in 78 new members his year and
lost 34. We are ahead of new membership

communicate who we are to members and potential members.
We welcome you to our Christian family, where we share
life. Wherever you are in your spiritual
