Present: Dave Cupp, Randy Dunn, Jerry McLeland, Roy Palmer, Jenita Rhodes,
David Fornoff, Ken Fong, Martha Boon, Jim Wolff
Finance Report
Dave Cupp distributed documentation for year-to-date Income & Expenses and 2005
Cash Flow Worksheet.
He also gave us a Pledge Campaign Update:
As of Dec. 18, we were short of our budget by $141,290
As of Jan. 27, amount raised since Dec. 18 130,202
Still short $ 11,188
However, some of this amount raised represents families that gave over $1000
last year, but did not pledge in 2005. Therefore taking this into account, the
estimate of actual shortfall is:
$33,863
We are in a much better situation than we were in December, The next steps
were identified as follows:
1. Publicize results of the “second” Pledge Campaign
2. Continue with plans for additional Fund Raising
Dave also reported that most of the processes are now written for Depositing
and recording Income. He is now working on getting all these in place with the
volunteers.
SPRC Report
Randy Dunn reported that they are finalizing the job descriptions for the
custodial position. They are also considering making all Nursery Care Givers
employees for liability reasons. SPRC is also electing a new chairperson.
