Performing Arts Academy 2009
Dr. James Ramsey,
Founder and Director

The Performing Arts Academy Summer Musical Theater Intensive for levels I and II will take place in July.  However, we’ve expanded our fourth year to include an all-church after-school summer musical experience in June for grades 1 to 6 call Performing Arts Academy Jr. Players Drama Camp.

For SMTI, send in your registration materials and deposits soon.  Due to an overwhelming response in anticipation for this year’s SMTI program, we’ll likely hit capacity for the first time.  So don’t wait too long. You are also welcome to share this information with friends and family.  Please contact me if you have any questions.

Mission and Vision

Our mission is to build the skills and confidence of each participant through the performing arts in a safe space for learning. In addition, the Performing Arts Academy also raises funds for local and international missions through performance. Under the tutelage of an experienced and professional faculty, the SLPAA nurtures Christian values and appropriately tailors all educational experiences for each age group. There are no auditions and all members of the community are invited to participate. The SLPAA is under the governing policies and leadership of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and is independently tuition based.
