Thank you for taking the time to register your child(ren) for Children's Ministry Programs & Sunday School at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. We are St. Luke's Kids: Growing with God and we hope that your child(ren) and your whole family have the opportunity to know and experience God with us! We ask that you register all of your children (age 0 to grade 6) each year so we can plan for our classes, resources, and supplies. We also encourage every family to consider serving in one capacity or another to help make sure we can maintain our excellent programs and to allow parents to be a part of this experience with their children. Once you are registered, we will send you information on the opportunities to serve.

Please fill out the form as completely as possible so we can best serve you and your child(ren). This registration is good until May 31, 2013. We ask that you register each year. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your help!
