This book clears before us a spiritual path consisting of three stepping-stones: Solitude (learning not to be alone but to be alone with God); Silence (the discipline by which the inner fire of God is tended and kept alive); and Prayer (standing in the presence of God with the mind in the heart)

The Study of the Book of Revelation, will start on Wednesday evening , April 30.We will be using Bruce Metzger's book, "Breaking the Code." We will continue through June 18. Thursday Morning: Special Lenten Study - Embracing the World: Praying for Justice and Peace, by Jane Vennard. Author Jane Vennard has guided many of her students at Iliff School of Theology, as well as many others through this book, as they began to focus their prayer in new ways to promote justice and peace. Join Carl Cleveland at the Egg & I from 6:30 – 8:00 AM Thursdays as we seek to deepen our relationship with God through prayer in belief that our prayers can make a difference in our troubled world.
