Title: Equipping Ministry Team – Co-Leadership Position

Purpose:  To grow faith by expanding leadership roles within St. Luke’s.

Responsible to: Director of Servant Ministry, Minister for Community Life and Executive Team

Description of Duties: Co-ordinate team meetings. Co-Facilitate team invitations and transitions. Support Leadership training and help co-ordinate Team Kick-Off in January for the church. Confirm in faith, that we concentrate our invitations as Spirit-Led. Attend quarterly Executive Team meetings and Common Table gatherings.

Time Requirements: Meetings held: January (Kick-off), spring, Aug-Nov. Help plan for meetings and help the Director of Servant Ministry organize Kick-Off, working closely with the Director of Servant Ministry for all training materials and handouts.

Term: 1-2 years

Training and Resources: “Nominations and Leadership Development” guidelines from conference, Leadership Handbook, Spiritual Gifts Assessment.

Skills and gifts: Administration, Discernment, Faith, Encouragement, and Leadership
