Important Family Camp Registration Dates:

  • Reserve your campsite/lodging through Snow Mountain Ranch as outlined in Step 1 below ASAP. DO NOT WAIT FOR FAMILY CAMP REGISTRATION TO RESERVE YOUR SITE AT SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH.
  • Registration for Camp begins May 10, 2018 and closes June 1, 2018 (there will be no late registrations)
  • Full payment due at time of registration. (100% refundable until June 15th, after that, camp costs are not refundable)
  • Sign up to help with advanced food prep June 15-July 1. Advanced prep food will be due to Caroline Merchant by July 15.
  • New campers will be contacted for a new camper meeting. We are planning a social prior to camp instead of an all camper meeting this year.

St. Luke’s Family Camp is a week of fun and fellowship that takes place in the beautiful Colorado mountains at Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby Colorado. Come for a few days or join us for the entire week! During family camp, you can experience activities such as group breakfasts and dinners **, low ropes, summer tubing, day at Grand Lake, Winter Park Adventure Park, kids crafts, tie dye, campfire and S’mores, hikes and more!

Community Camp Costs - includes breakfast and dinner (per night), camp supplies, and St. Luke’s run activities such as family olympics, kickball, banners, bingo, hikes, tie dye, bike rides, day at Grand Lake etc…. See the tentative activity schedule.

1 year and under: free
2 years and above: $10 per night

* Community Camp costs do not include your campsite
** Breakfast and Dinner may include meals such as pancake breakfast, breakfast burritos, sloppy joes, and barbecue chicken. Lunch/Snacks each day are on your own.

Please review the activity calendar and sign up for additional activities for each member in your family who is interested.

Please note we have scheduled limited activities that are an additional cost this year. If you would like to participate in additional paid activities through Snow Mountain Ranch with your family or a group, you can sign up for those activities through the Program Department at 970-887-2151 ext. 4135 or in person at the Program Building. Reservations are required for climbing wall, archery, canoeing, and zip line. Guests staying on site may make reservations up to three days prior to their arrival date.

STEPS TO SIGN UP FOR FAMILY CAMP

STEP 1:

All families will need to make their own reservations through Snow Mountain Ranch. If you are going to share a site with another family only one person should make the reservation. If you need help finding someone to share with, please contact us prior to making your reservation to see if another registered family is available to share with. A variety of accommodations are available, which include campsites, yurts, lodge rooms, and cabins. Reservations can be made at the Snow Mountain Ranch website or by calling 888-613-9622. We did not contract for a large group of sites this year, so it is critical that you contact Snow Mountain Ranch to make your reservation ASAP. There have been some glitches with the website, so if you have trouble or it shows no availability please call the number above. You can request to be on a specific site or near the St. Luke’s group. Specific sites are not guaranteed and will be assigned at check in.

Please review the Snow Mountain Ranch cancellation policy on their website at www.snowmountainranch.org.

If families wish to share sites, they are responsible for arranging sharing on their own and for negotiating payment to the family making the reservation. We will maintain a list of families that are interested in sharing sites and can provide contact information if requested.

STEP 2:

Register your family, sign up for activities and pay your community camp and low rope/winter park activity costs in full from May 10-June1.

STEP 3:

Sign up for additional paid activities scheduled by Family Camp such as low ropes and Winter Park Adventure.

STEP 4: Join the closed Family Camp group on Facebook if you are interested in sharing photos or chatting with other families about activities and site sharing.
