CAMBODIA MEETING MINUTES
December 17, 2000

Social at Andrea Mezger's House: Will we have the whole meeting,
lunch, customs agent, donations sorting, and social at Andrea's?  You guys
need to decide this and let everyone know.  Dale needs to contact Mike Nasca
and the agent he has contacted to register our electronic equipment.  Andrea
can give everyone directions by email.

Dale is also confirming whether the VISA photos need to be identical.

Marla reported that the Bangkok tour has been confirmed and she is still
working on finalization of the Singapore tour.  No money is due yet.

Esther passed around email confirmations from the hotel will email addresses
and telephone numbers to leave with our families.  She and Dick will be
planning the worship and singing since Jim will not be going on the trip.
He will be coordinating the services and communications here during that
time.

Ken reported that he found hotel rooms in Siem Reap from the 18th to the
25th for $16 a day.  They will be setting up communications from there and
can bundle emails back to the US.  Since even email is expensive, they will
group messages to St. Lukes and Glenn Harm will separate them and send them
on to individuals here.

Rich said we do have a generator which can set up lights at the campsite.
It weighs 60 lbs and can support computers and a drill or Skil Saw.  He will
be responsible for getting it there.  He also obtained sports balls to
deflate and take as gifts for the children.  He has two pumps.

Andrea volunteered to coordinate gifts for Joseph and Dalai, possibly a St.
Lukes shirt and maybe pictures of St. Lukes and Colorado.

The Cambodia Mission Team will be presented to the church on Jan. 7th during
all three services so everyone needs to be there if at all possible.

Steve showed a medical kit he has which we can supplement with antibiotic
cream and extra bandaids, etc.  We were reminded to not mix pepto bismal
with the doxycyclene malaria pills.  We discussed sharing medical histories
with other confidentially, in the event medical care is required.  We each
need to bring a note with such things as chronic conditions, allergies, etc.
for Marie to keep confidentially.  We discussed the possible need for safety
syringes?

Esther suggested that we pair up to do a devotional each night.  So find a
partner, and Dick is not up for grabs!

REMINDERS:
