Title: Assistant Head Usher
Purpose: Assist Head Usher in coordinating usher assignments for all services.
Responsible to: Director of Worship & The Arts
Description of Duties:
	Coordinate and schedule usher assignments to assure all  services have adequate usher coverage.   As needed recruit additional ushers to fill vacancies. Recruit ushers as  needed for special services such and Easter and Christmas Eve.  Fill in for absent ushers as needed.  
	Responsible for Ministry Fair – inviting new members to  team. Flyers, bulletin, chronicle. Responsible for inviting and arranging for  Hospitality Breakfast/Training
	Attend quarterly Common Table gatherings.
Time Requirements: 2 hours for training workshop – annually. Christmas & Easter training/setup 2hrs each.
Term: 2 years or longer if you are enjoying the team
