The mission of We Don’t Waste is to create a cooperative green initiative to help minimize the waste of wholesome, nutritious food prepared by caterers, restaurants, supermarkets and other food suppliers, as well as soft goods, by sharing these with Denver’s underserved. St. Luke’s members assist by collecting food at Sports Authority Field following home Bronco games.
